Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from BKSilicone, a brand operated by BKSILICONE LTD.

Custom and made-to-order products

Custom silicone molds, custom silicone colors or pigment pastes, products made from customer files, drawings, dimensions or samples, and custom SLA master models are made to the customer's specifications. Change-of-mind cancellation or return is not normally available after specifications have been approved, materials have been allocated, or production has begun. Any cancellation request made before that point will be reviewed against the written quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, and work already performed.

This custom-product restriction does not remove any remedy required by applicable law where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, not as described, or do not conform to the agreed written specification. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include inspection, repair, remake, replacement, reshipment, price reduction, or refund.

Non-custom stock goods and UK consumers

For ordinary, non-custom stock goods sold at a distance, UK consumers may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. After notifying us, the consumer normally has a further 14 days to return the goods. Where the statutory right applies, refunds are made within the period required by law after we receive the goods back or receive acceptable evidence of return. Standard outbound delivery costs are refunded where required by law. We may make a lawful deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised goods. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Faults, damage, or incorrect goods

Contact info@bksilicone.com promptly with the order or quotation number, a description of the issue, and reasonable supporting evidence such as photographs. Do not dispose of, alter, repair, or return goods until we provide instructions, unless the law requires otherwise.

Return authorisation and address

Contact us before returning anything. We will confirm whether a return is required and provide the correct return address and shipping instructions. The registered office of BKSILICONE LTD is not a returns warehouse. Do not send goods to the registered office unless we expressly authorise that address in writing for the specific return.

Where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described, return or reshipment costs will be handled as required by applicable law or our written agreement. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the order terms or applicable law state otherwise.

Business orders

For B2B and custom project orders, the written quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, and contract may set project-specific inspection, acceptance, cancellation, remake, return, and refund terms. Those terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
