These Terms of Service govern use of shop.bksilicone.com and enquiries, quotations, and orders involving BKSilicone. BKSilicone is a brand operated by BKSILICONE LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17375988.

Website and enquiries

The website currently operates primarily as an enquiry and quotation website for custom silicone molds, platinum silicone materials, custom silicone colors and pigment pastes, SLA master models, and related manufacturing services. Website information is general information and is not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when specifications, price, payment terms, production scope, delivery terms, and other material terms are confirmed in writing and any required acceptance or payment has been received.

Quotations and order documents

Each custom project is reviewed individually. The accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation, approved drawings or specifications, and any signed contract form the project agreement and take priority over general website descriptions where they conflict. Prices, currencies, deposits, balance payments, lead times, delivery methods, and Incoterms are order-specific.

Customer specifications and materials

Customers must provide accurate dimensions, files, drawings, color references, applications, quantities, and other requirements. Customers must have the right to provide and authorise the use of all files, designs, trademarks, images, and samples supplied to us. We may ask for clarification or decline work that appears unlawful, unsafe, technically unsuitable, or infringing.

Screen colors and digital previews are approximate. AI-Assisted Color Matching supports review but does not instantly generate or guarantee an exact production formula. Final colors, materials, tolerances, finishes, and acceptance criteria must be confirmed for the specific project.

Changes and cancellation

Changes requested after approval may affect feasibility, price, tooling, materials, and schedule. Custom and made-to-order cancellation and return rights are described in the Refund and Return Policy and the applicable order documents. Mandatory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods are not excluded.

Production and fulfilment

BKSilicone custom production and primary order fulfilment take place in China. The UK registered office is a corporate legal address and is not a factory, warehouse, collection point, or returns address. Shipping, duties, VAT, customs clearance, risk transfer, and delivery responsibilities are governed by the Shipping Policy and the agreed order terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully, infringe intellectual property rights, or use it for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual property

BKSilicone website content, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to BKSILICONE LTD unless stated otherwise. Customer-owned project materials remain subject to the customer's rights and the project agreement. No website content may be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those limits, liability for a business project may be further defined in the written contract or order confirmation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For business customers, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless the written contract states otherwise. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available under applicable law.
