Custom projects are reviewed and confirmed individually by BKSILICONE LTD.

Before production

• Scope, drawings, dimensions, materials, color and finish must be confirmed in writing.
• Pricing, payment schedule, lead time and delivery scope must be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
• Changes requested after approval may require a revised quotation and schedule.

Order-specific terms

The written quotation, pro forma invoice and order confirmation for a project take priority over general website information. Customers should review all project documents before payment.
