Describe the application, dimensions, expected quantity, material or hardness requirements, target color, delivery target, and any reference files you already have.

Can I send 3D files or drawings?

Yes. STL, STEP, OBJ files, engineering drawings, dimensioned sketches, reference images, and physical samples can support project review. File upload is not yet available on the website, so describe the files in your request and our team will explain the next step.

Does AI-Assisted Color Matching provide an exact formula instantly?

No. Screen colors are approximate previews. Final color confirmation uses equipment and staff review. Internal exact formulations are not disclosed.

Where are products listed?

Only individually approved product models will be added to the store. If a model is not listed, request a material or project recommendation.

Where are orders produced and fulfilled?

BKSilicone custom production and primary order fulfilment take place in China. Production time, shipping method, duties, VAT, and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation.
