Payment terms for custom orders are confirmed by BKSILICONE LTD in the written quotation or pro forma invoice.

• Do not send payment until the project scope, amount, currency, beneficiary details, and order terms have been confirmed in writing.
• Production normally begins only after the agreed payment and approval conditions are satisfied.
• Payment milestones, balances, bank charges, and any refund or remake arrangements depend on the accepted quotation, order confirmation, or contract.
• No website page overrides mandatory consumer rights that apply to an order.
