30CM Custom Silicone Mold – Complete Making Process

Watch the complete manufacturing process of this large custom silicone mold, from mold housing preparation and two-stage silicone pouring to demolding, trimming, plaster casting and final finishing.

For large molds, we use a controlled first pour to reduce internal pressure and help prevent silicone leakage. After approximately 40 minutes, the second silicone pour is completed.

The finished silicone mold is then demolded, trimmed and tested with a plaster casting before final inspection.
